How long does it take to get my home ready?
It depends on the house and how much you want to do. On the walk-through I give you a ranked prep list and you choose. Some homes are ready in days, some take a few weekends.
Do I have to move out before we list?
No. Many sellers live in the home while it is on the market. We plan showings around your schedule and pets.
Can you help me buy my next home too?
