Moving to Gig Harbor or Tacoma from somewhere else
From a map, the South Sound looks close together. On the ground, the Narrows Bridge, the water and the back roads make each town its own place. I help you pick the area first, so the house search is shorter.

What clients say
We had been in the house for twenty-six years and I was dreading it. Reid made a list, told us what not to bother with, and texted us after every showing. It never felt like a sales job.
We bought from Georgia on orders to JBLM. Reid did video tours at night our time and drove the commute to the gate for us. We closed the week we arrived.
Common questions
How do I choose between Gig Harbor and Tacoma?
Tacoma is a city with neighborhoods close to downtown and the water. Gig Harbor is across the Narrows Bridge with a small-town waterfront and more space. The commute and how much town you want usually decide it.
Is the Key Peninsula too far out?
For some people it is exactly right: rural, quiet and close to water. For daily commuters into Tacoma it can be long. We drive it before you decide.
Can you recommend schools?
I link to each school district so you can read their own information, and I can tell you which district a home is in. I don't rank schools.
