What is your home worth?
Online estimates can't see your new roof, the view from the deck or the busy road out front. I can. Tell me the address and your timing, and I'll call to set up a short walk-through. You get a price range with the recent sales behind it.
Address first
Just the street and town to start. That is enough for me to pull the recent sales nearby.
Your timing
Selling this spring, next year or just curious. Each one gets the same honest answer.
A call, not a robot
I call or text to book a time that suits you. Nothing is sold to a lead list.
An opinion of price
A home value from a broker is an opinion, not an appraisal. Lenders order appraisals separately.
How it goes
Four steps, in this order, with a text from me at each one.
You send the address
Two fields in the form below, then your name and number.
I call or text
Usually the same day during my hours, to book the walk-through.
The walk-through
Half an hour or so at the house. I look at what the photos can't show.
Your range
A written range with the sales I used and the ones I didn't, and why.
What clients say
We had been in the house for twenty-six years and I was dreading it. Reid made a list, told us what not to bother with, and texted us after every showing. It never felt like a sales job.
We bought from Georgia on orders to JBLM. Reid did video tours at night our time and drove the commute to the gate for us. We closed the week we arrived.
Common questions
Is this an appraisal?
No. It is my opinion of the price your home would likely sell for, based on recent nearby sales and the walk-through. An appraisal is ordered by a lender and done by a licensed appraiser.
Do I have to sell if I ask?
No. Plenty of people ask a year or two before they move. There is no pressure and no obligation.
Why not just use an online estimate?
Online estimates are a starting point. They can't see condition, updates, the view or the street, and on the peninsula those change the price a lot.
Send the address. I'll do the rest.
Three short steps. I call or text to book a time that suits you, with no obligation.
