Hi, I'm Reid.
I grew up on the peninsula and still live a few minutes from the harbor. Most of my clients are neighbors, their kids, or someone they sent my way.
How I work
I'd rather tell you not to sell yet than talk you into a listing. On a first visit I ask about your plans before I look at the kitchen, and I give you a price range with the sales behind it.
I answer my own phone when I can, and my front desk texts you back when I can't. You'll know what's next at every step, because I tell you before it happens.
Off the clock
I coach Little League in the spring and spend summer weekends on the water. My trailer has helped a lot of clients on moving day.

What clients say
We had been in the house for twenty-six years and I was dreading it. Reid made a list, told us what not to bother with, and texted us after every showing. It never felt like a sales job.
We bought from Georgia on orders to JBLM. Reid did video tours at night our time and drove the commute to the gate for us. We closed the week we arrived.
